Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates: $7.99 to the contiguous 48 states; $9.99 to Hawaii and Alaska
- For in-stock items, our goal is to ship orders within 10–14 business days.
- Pre-order items, including most player jerseys, typically ship within 4–6 weeks.
- Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order products will be noted on the product page whenever possible.
- Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including manufacturing delays, product availability, and global supply chain disruptions. If your order is expected to be delayed beyond the estimated shipping window, we will notify you and provide an updated timeline.
- All shipments are insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We’ll gladly assist with any documentation needed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.
Sometimes carriers experience delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, reach out to shop@atlantadream.com for help.or other sales information.
