Welcome to Atlanta Dream Shop https://shopatldream.com. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Atlanta Dream Shop powered by Monarch Commerce. Atlanta Dream Shop powered by Monarch Commerce operates this online store including all related information, content, features, tools, products, merchandise and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Atlanta Dream Shop powered by Monarch Commerce is built with Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be effective upon posting. The date of the last update will always appear at the top of this page. IMPORTANT NOTICE ON DISPUTE RESOLUTION: These Terms require disputes to be resolved individually through final and binding arbitration (unless you opt-out within 30 days or the dispute qualifies for small claims court). 1. DEFINITIONS

- “Services”: The Sites, all related features, content, and offerings provided by Atlanta Dream.

- “You” or “Your”: The person accessing or using our Services.

2. PURCHASING TERMS

Payments

When you make a purchase, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount (including applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges). You are responsible for timely payment and for providing valid payment details. If you use a third-party payment processor, their terms also apply.

Personal Use Only

All purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed. You may request an order cancellation by contacting us at shop@atlantadream.com. If we are able to process your request before the order ships, we will gladly do so, however, cancellation is not guaranteed once your order is in fulfillment.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please use our Loop Returns Portal or email shop@atlantadream.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at shop@atlantadream.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Shipping

Orders ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates: $7.99 to the contiguous 48 states; $9.99 to Hawaii and Alaska
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after shipment (for in-stock items)

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We’ll gladly assist with any documentation needed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged where required by law and calculated based on your delivery address at checkout.

3. USE OF SERVICES

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms, including:

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Sites.

- Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the Sites.

- Using bots, scraping tools, or other automated methods to access data.

- Circumventing or altering any security or functionality features.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, is the property of Atlanta Dream Shop POWERED BY MONARCH COMMERCE or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may use this content only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and linking does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta Dream Shop POWERED BY MONARCH COMMERCE, its business partners, their respective affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL Atlanta Dream Shop POWERED BY MONARCH COMMERCE, OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS, THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating formal action, you agree to contact us at shop@atlantadream.com to try to resolve the matter informally. If no resolution is reached within 30 days:

- Disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

- Arbitration will take place in the state of California unless we both agree otherwise.

- You and Atlanta Dream waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt-out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to shop@atlantadream.com within 30 days of your first use of the Services.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements.

- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be a waiver of that right.

- Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

- Successors & Assigns: These Terms bind and benefit our successors, assigns, and licensees.
